Was not able to report yesterday, since there was no internet available in the hotel. Ian
and I left the hotel this morning, the Deputy Leaders did some sight-seeing this morning,
and we are currently having lunch at the La Thanh Hotel where the kids are staying.
Later this afternoon, we will go to HaLong Bay east of Hanoi, join the Leaders for two
days, then return here for the Closing Ceremonies.

This hotel has working internet, so I am taking advantage of it after lunch to give a quick
report. Yesterday was Day 1 of the IMO. Ian met with the team in the afternoon, and
said everyone was fine, was doing well, and feeling good. Mostly the afternoon was
spent resting, and "just hanging around" with Ian. Today was Day 2 of the IMO, and
Ian is going by cab with several other of the Deputies to meet the students as they
come out of the IMO. The scoring will start tomorrow, and then we will know. Right now,
there is not enough information about the scoring values to determine anything.

I may or may not have internet again at the new hotel, so may have to wait for a report
after I return. I will try to provide information as soon as it is available, and I can get a
connection.
