Just a reminder that each year at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics national spring meetings we hold a reception to honor the new Sliffe recipients who are attending NCTM, and renew our friendships with former winners. If you are attending the NCTM meetings in Washington D.C. (April 23-25, 2009), please join us, and bring your friends. There will be a small ceremony.
If you are a Sliffe Award winner, please stop by our booth in the convention center, and introduce yourselves. We'll have a ribbon to place on your badge, to acknowledge your Sliffe status. Remember that we do this each year, so if you will be unable to attend the Washington D.C. Meetings, but are able to attend a future NCTM Spring Meeting, we'd enjoy hosting you at the reception.
